Matador Records accepts returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened condition. Please note that opened vinyl and digital downloads are generally non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original mailer or a sturdy equivalent to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
